1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- All original tags, labels, accessories, and documentation are intact
- The item is accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
- The item has not been tampered with or altered in any way
Important: Certain items such as software, opened consumables, and personalized products are non-returnable. Please check the product page for specific return eligibility before purchasing.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for the return
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1-2 business days
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided
3. Return Shipping
- Defective or incorrect items: We will arrange free return pickup or reimburse reasonable shipping costs
- Change of mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of the returned item
4. Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it within 2-3 business days. We will verify:
- The condition of the item matches the reason for return
- All original accessories and packaging are included
- The item falls within the return window
5. Refund Process
Refund Methods
- Easypaisa / JazzCash payments: Refund will be credited back to your wallet within 5-7 business days
- Bank transfer payments: Refund will be processed to your bank account within 7-10 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be issued via Easypaisa or bank transfer. Please provide your wallet number or account details
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped by us.
6. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be asked to pay the difference
- If the replacement item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded
- Exchange requests must be initiated within the 7-day return window
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos of the damage
- Do not discard the packaging material until the issue is resolved

8. Non-Returnable Items
